Online Learning

The COVID-19 pandemic has put online learning in the spotlight, making this fast-growing sector an important part of the national debate over education. Like many sectors that have undergone digital transformation in recent years, the labor-intensive education field has been ripe for disruption. While the massive shift to remote learning during the pandemic made online education a more mainstream method of instruction, quality has become a matter of concern. Online education has also become part of the debate about social issues, such as equal internet access.
