The gross income of American agriculture during the present crop year, according to estimates by the Department of Agriculture on the basis of the latest crop reports, will be about the same as - or slightly lower than - the $12,400,000,000 total for the crop year 1925–26.

The gross income from agricultural production, as estimated by the Department for the years since the war, is shown in the following table in millions of dollars.
