Are strikes by unmanned aircraft ethical?

Drone aircraft have played a key role in U.S. military efforts in Pakistan, from providing vital surveillance before Navy SEALs attacked Osama bin Laden's hideout to targeting several senior Al Qaeda members, including two senior commanders in January. In addition, in a controversial strike last September in Yemen, drones targeted and killed two U.S. citizens who were high-level Al Qaeda members.. . . .
