The Logon-Walter Bill in Congress
A bill calling for drastic changes in the procedure of administrative agencies, offered in the Senate and House by Senator Logan (D., Ky.) and Rep. Walter (D., Pa.), will be taken up for final action soon after Congress reconvenes next year.
