In the national election to be held November 4 there will be eight candidates for President and Vice President, 80 candidates for the Senate and approximately 920 candidates for seats in the House in the Sixty Ninth Congress.

The candidates for the presidency are:
Calvin Coolidge, RepublicanFrank T. Johns, Socialist Labor
John W. Davis, DemocratWilliam Z. Foster, Workers' Perty
Robert M. LaFollette, ProgressiveGilbert 0. Nations, American Party
Herman P. Faris, ProhibitionWm. J. Wallace, Commonwealth Land Party

The candidates for the Senate and the House are shown in the following pages, together with the results of the last elections for the offices they seek. Population statistics given hereafter were taken from the 1920 census, and the results of elections from the reports of the various secretaries of state.
