The Task of Relief in Europe and Asia
How soon on the war in Europe ends may depend in some measure on how successfully the Allied nations handle the problem of relief in the territory they occupy on the continent of Europe. The Nazi radio has been incessantly assuring the peoples in the Axis satellite nations that the inhabitants of northern Africa, of Sicily, of southern and central Italy, and now of Normandy are in worse economic condition than prior to the Allied occupation.
